Your report server database (which may or may not be on the same server as your other Polaris database), creates SQL jobs to run any schedule SSRS reports, you can see the GUIDs for those here:
If you’d like to see which schedules and which reports are associated with those GUIDs you can run the following SQL. IT MUST BE RUN THE SERVER THAT HOLDS YOUR SSRS DATABASE.
SELECT
sj.[name] AS [SQL_Job_Name],
su.SubscriptionID,
su.Description AS [Subscription_Description],
c.[Name] AS [Report_Name],
c.[Path] AS [Report_Path],
su.LastRunTime,
su.LastStatus
FROM msdb.dbo.sysjobs AS sj
INNER JOIN ReportServer.dbo.ReportSchedule AS rs
ON sj.[name] = CAST(rs.ScheduleID AS NVARCHAR(128))
INNER JOIN ReportServer.dbo.Subscriptions AS su
ON rs.SubscriptionID = su.SubscriptionID
INNER JOIN ReportServer.dbo.[Catalog] AS c
ON su.Report_OID = c.ItemID;
To see which jobs have been running recently, follow these instructions: Query SSRS Report Execution Log
