Enhanced Monitoring Service - do you use it?

We’re hosted and pay for enhanced monitoring services from iii. Does anyone else use it? Or if you don’t, what influenced your decision to not pay for this service?

Hi Ann,

What type of monitoring services are you getting with this service? In the past, we got a similar service but never got any reports. It was mostly an additional service they would look at in the event of a serious issue affecting performance.

My understanding is that there were customer dashboards that could be consulted to monitor transactions and CPU/RAM/etc. processes, but these weren’t being used.
