Digging into Resource Sharing: Leveraging the Transaction File
The INN-Reach Title Reports provide invaluable data for collection development, but there’s no need to stop there in working with INN-Reach data! Opening up the transaction files can offer additional information about what is being borrowed, where it’s going, and how long it’s taking to get there. This presentation will look at how the INN-Reach transaction files are processed and used at MeLCat and OhioLINK, how that information can help improve a patron’s experience, and other ways to use central transaction file information.
