A staff manual covering all aspects of coverage loads, using data from Serials Solutions and loading into Sierra’s ERM (this also worked for us in Millennium). Topics include: converting and splitting the ssj file; checking matchpoints before loading; loading; expected (and unexpected!) results; file retention; and troubleshooting problems.
