We are a new Polaris site and are trying to recreate some of our circulation reporting. We specifically want to separate initial checkouts from renewals. Seems straight forward enough with TransactionSubTypes, but then we ran into subtype 145 code 51 ‘Leap Checkout and Renewal’. Does anyone have a work around to indicate which are renewals? We are a strictly LEAP system, so this accounts for a significant portion of our circulation actions.
Those transactions with a 145/51 should ALSO have a 124/1 if they are a renewal:
So, the 145/51 is just additional information stating that this transaction was performed via Leap.

Also, during the upgrade, the system will go back and retroactively calculate information on existing item records.
