Bibs with holds and no items

I’m looking for a query for the above. I tried tweaking this one Find Bib Records With Active Holds But No Items but it’s not working for me.

This isn’t a SQL solution to your problem, but it might work for your needs: When I need to find these items, I just use Polaris: Utilities → Cataloging Processing → Create Unlinked Bibliographic Record Set. Then, once the record set is created, I sort by the holds column.

Hope this might work for your needs as well…?
