We are having an issue printing bib paging slips from Sierra. For some reason, the notices will not send to the printer. We can print a bib record and spine labels. We tried to uninstall Sierra and re-install it and nothing worked. The form template and printer selection are correct. Help!!!

For us, the issue is that the “Form” printer (Select Printer > Form Printer), which is used to print notices, such as a paging list, never works with the regular PS or PCL6 driver that ends up getting installed by our IT department. Usually we have to install a Global print driver in order for notices to print – paging lists and bills, which we still print, and any notice for a patron w/out an e-mail address.

I think the printer driver has to be PostScript compatible - might be worth checking if yours is.
