In general, I don’t think there are many (any?) bulk purchase order changes that can be done through the Polaris/Leap user interface*. I think this has traditionally been because of the concern about making large scale changes without there being a proper “trail”.
There is an idea exchange idea out there about making additional bulk changes to purchase order line items: Bulk change POLI segments – Innovate with us
I would encourage you to add specific ideas and use cases to Idea Exchange and then try to get them added to a MEEP voting cycle.

Agreeing with @wesochuck, dealing with purchase orders (and other acquisitions aspects) in batch isn’t something Polaris / Leap does. I’m sure you or Clarivate could do things with SQL but that can be… fraught.
It’s something we miss from both Sierra and Horizon where we would do batch claiming and batch cancelling. We do understand audit concerns but never had any issues with doing batch work in our previous ILSes.
