Automating Reports with Python
This program discusses automating reports to reduce the amount of time spent running, formatting, and distributing routine reports. We will start with installing Python on Windows, followed by a discussion of basic techniques to retrieve data from a database, then we’ll automatically email a nicely formatted Excel spreadsheet. Familiarity with SQL is assumed and will not be covered in the presentation. No prior programming experience is required.
