We are new to Polaris and have some Acquisitions libraries who are interested in talking to other Acquisitions libraries who are working with two fiscal years at the same time. Is anyone out there doing this and willing to talk to them? We are using Leap.
The use case is that they have FY 2026 AND FY 2027 open so when they start getting standing order renewals, they add the standing orders to FY 2027 so they don’t get encumbered from FY 2026.
They thought they were able to do this in our test database, but they are not able to choose a fiscal year with EDI orders.
