Got so excited about the Vega Promote Election I sent the email to soon! But the election starts soon: Aug 13th!

Your IUG site manager will have or should receive a ballot soon. If you didn’t receive a ballot please [use this link to cast your ballot 🗳](https://members.innovativeusers.org/members/elections.php). The ballot will ask the site manager to rank the ideas in order of importance. Ballots must be submitted no later than **September 3rd, 2024**. This process is open to libraries using the product or interested in the product in the future.

Thanks to the [Vega Promote Working Group](https://members.innovativeusers.org/projects/moreinfo.php?org_id=IUG&pid=12913775) for all the time and effort they have put into selecting these ideas for the MEEP process.

[Follow these instructions to see your site contact.](https://forum.innovativeusers.org/t/managing-additional-users-with-your-iug-membership/1542)
If needed, [use this form to update the site contact.](https://members.innovativeusers.org/members/form.php?orgcode=IUG&fid=6314975)

For consortia, [individual member libraries may elect to purchase their own IUG membership](https://www.innovativeusers.org/how_to_join.php)which would give the member library voting rights in this and all other IUG processes.
