**Program Description:** Chicago Public Library transitioned its 1000+ staff members to Active Directory single-sign-on in Polaris/LEAP to simplify administration and onboarding for staff. This presentation will give a run down of the process and some things to keep in mind when moving to a single-sign-on environment.
