Running a library project during a pandemic adds a new layer of complexity. This session will look at using traditional PM work in a remote setting by focusing on:
- Understand how people work individually and in teams
- Have clear deliverables
- Manage risks and plan purchases
- Control the triple constraint of time, cost, and quality
- STAY ON BUDGET!!!
- Understand software options like Trello, MS Project, and more.
- The difference between Agile and traditional projects
By the end, you will have the right tools to make your next project succeed.
