Take this opportunity to discuss and share issues and solutions related to Innovative’s resource sharing products, especially the challenges related to suspending and restarting resource sharing services as shutdowns, lockdowns, and extended individual library closings presented new challenges and solutions. Topics include Article-Reach, INN-Reach, Direct-to-INN-Reach API, ILL workflows, and the resource sharing landscape.
