Comprise & Leap

Absolutely, sorry should have explained further. We are using the Comprise integration with the Polaris staff client.

We had been using the Smart Terminals with the Polaris desktop client for years without any issues.

We switched exclusively to Leap in November and have been having regular issues since then.

Staff member submits Credit Card Payment from Leap. Customer taps the Comprise Smart Terminal to complete transaction. Smart Terminal returns a message saying “No Transaction,” indicating the terminal did not receive the transaction for payment.

This does not happen with every credit card transaction and we have been unable to consistently reproduce the issue.

I know the issue is not on the Polaris side, but I was just curious if anyone else had been experiencing similar issues.
